The Makings of a Leader: Variables to achieving leadership in your industry

Learn what leaders what leaders did to become leaders in their fields. This research showed the trend of what leaders did to succeed.Dr. Julio C caba n award winning speaker and coach will be performing his leadership research. This research was presented at the Prospanica conference. In this meeting we will be presenting the leadership research. The study about leadership showed variables of what professionals can do to achieve leadership right now! We will be presenting the variables from 20 professionals who participated in the leadership research. In this research we interviewed 10 leaders and 10 non-leaders comparing their answers and learning what is it that the leaders such as presidents, CEO's and Vice presidents did in there careers that allowed them to reach leadership. We took the trends of the leaders and compared them with the trends of the non leaders giving us the variables to success. Surprisingly yet amazingly the leaders did things in their careers we can all do. It worked! What the leaders did compared to what the non-leaders did not do made the difference.
